1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TheSTEMSafari (accessible at https://thestemsafari.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are an educator or parent using this service on behalf of students, you affirm that you have the authority to grant classroom access under applicable educational laws.

2. Permitted Educational Use

TheSTEMSafari grants educators, schools, parents, and students a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our interactive STEM simulations, printable worksheets, and curriculum notes solely for educational and non-commercial learning purposes.

Teachers may project games on classroom interactive displays and assign them on school Chromebooks or tablets.
Parents and homeschool educators may use materials freely for supplemental learning.
Printable worksheets, certificates, and diplomas may be downloaded and photocopied for classroom student portfolios.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from interactive game modules.
Use automated bots or scripts to generate artificial traffic or manipulate game scoring systems.
Frame or embed our software inside third-party commercial paywalled platforms without express written consent.
Interfere with security or rate-limiting safeguards on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including games, artwork, graphics, characters, sounds, curriculum texts, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of TheSTEMSafari and its licensors. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or sale is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TheSTEMSafari is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and rigorous pedagogical accuracy, we do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall TheSTEMSafari be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform access.
